RETURN, REFUNDS, AND LIMIMTED WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 45 days. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
RETURN/EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

LIMITED-WARRANTY
With this Limited-Warranty, we warrant that the manufacture and use of your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner and will work as designed under normal operating use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Should your product ever experience any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, as determined by Be A Better Shooter, LLC., with a comparable product, free of charge. We do this because we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in the quality of our product.
The forgoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed; (iii) use not in accordance with the documentation; and (iv) damage caused by the equipment with which the product is used.
RETURN/REFUND/LIMITED-WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@beabettershooter.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and describe your intent for returning the product, whether it be a return, an exchange, or a warranty service request.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
